The scheme comprised of removal redundant partitions and services; strip out existing finishes; remove existing toilets and creation of new teaching spaces; kitchen; café; holding and circulation routes; new toilet provision; lift installation; reception area; new dedicated automatic glazed entrance doors; new floor, wall and ceiling finishes throughout.
The works also included replacement of the existing boilers (3no.); upgrade heating control system; replace intruder alarm panel and repair/replace to flat roof and valley detail.
