Graham Hale

Graham Hale BSc MRICS RMaPS is Principal of Graham Hale & Company, Chartered Quantity Surveyors.

Graham obtained his professional qualification in 1986 following graduation from Nottingham University. After two years with a national construction company he joined Bucknall Austin, Chartered Quantity Surveyors, an International practice, gaining valuable experience on large UK and overseas projects.

In 1995 Graham set up his own practice in Birmingham and has since developed a sound Client base appointed on a wide range of projects including Commercial, Residential, Leisure and Public Sector schemes together with specialist Health and Educational facilities.

Graham Hale & Company are Registered members of the Association for Project Safety providing advice under the Construction Design and Management Regulations.

Graham’s philosophy has always been to provide an individual service to Clients ensuring their expectations are met, with regular dialogue, supported by accurate and appropriate information.

Jamie Sisley

Jamie Sisley BSc (Hons) is a Director within Graham Hale & Company, Chartered Quantity Surveyors.

Jamie joined Graham Hale & Company in 2006 as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. During his time with the company he attended Wolverhampton University graduating in 2010 with an RICS Accredited Honours Degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying.

Jamie progressed to Senior Quantity Surveyor in 2009 and has since been made an associate of the practice in 2011 and a Director in 2014.

Jamie is involved in all aspects of the practice and has built up valuable experience in commercial, leisure, residential, Health and Historic Building projects country wide. Jamie has particular strengths in Procurement and Contract Advice, Tender Preparation and Post Contract Cost Control and Contract Administration.
