History

The practice was formed in 1995 by Graham Hale in Birmingham. Since then, the practice has grown and established a sound Client base and reputation and now has over 25 years’ experience across all sectors.

Practice Overview

Graham Hale & Company, have established a sound Client base appointed on a wide range of projects including Commercial, Residential, Leisure and Public Sector schemes together with specialist health and educational facilities.

The practice provides traditional Quantity Surveying services together with specialist services including Project Management.

Our objective is to provide an accurate, professional service with an emphasis on communication between Client, Design Team and Contractor throughout the construction process, responding quickly to Client needs and adding value to ensure as part of the Design Team that the construction project is completed on time, within the budget and to the satisfaction of the Client.

The Principal of the practice will remain with a project throughout supported by experienced and qualified staff as necessary.

The Practice is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and maintains comprehensive Professional Indemnity Insurance.
